New
Hope Africa Children Ministries(New Hope) is a faith-based non-profit
making, and non-political NGO founded in 2001 by pastor Ken Daniel
Mulago, in response to the plight of children and families caught up
in the HIV/AIDS and poverty crisis in Africa, particulary Uganda. New
Hope is established for the purpose of providing care, support and
advocacy to orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) in Uganda including
the girl-child.
Our vision
is to release these children from the bondage of poverty and
HIV/AIDS, and nurturing such children to become;
1. Be
responsible and caring members of their families and communities;
2.
Become self-reliant, support themselves and share with others in need;
3. Be
able to maintain their physical well-being
4. And
be Christians in faith and deed.
God's love
for children compels us to take practical action on their behalf. Our
lord Jesus said;
"And
if any one gives a cup of cold water to one of these little ones…….,
he will certainly not lose his reward " Mathew 10:42.
New Hope in
partnership with you looks forward to Advocating for and empowering the
orphaned children and families in Uganda, Africa with the necessary
tools aimed to improve their pyiscal, mental, social, economic,
